Gibbs Cam programming
With Mastercam and SolidWorks capabilities, our programming staff has the ability to work with a variety of files. We are able to program complex parts on 3rd and 4th axis.
Turning
We are capable of turning small 1/16" diameter parts to large 14" diameter parts.
Milling
We can machine a variety of materials such as but not limited to:
- Plastics
- Carbon
- Stainless steels
- Aluminum, etc.
- Sizes ranging in 12" x 26" to 26" x 50".
Swiss screw machine
Our 8 axis Swiss style screw machine can handle complex to simple high volume runs.
EDM
EDM services are used for machining hard metals that may require intricate precision, as material hardness is not a factor. As the name suggests, electrical discharge machining is only applicable to materials that are electrically conductive.
